536 Deering Ave, Portland, ME 04103 Since 1994, Big Sky Bakery has been baking breads and sweets in the old Engine 8 Firehouse at Woodfords Corner in Portland, Maine. My late husband, Bill Harris, and I started the bakery with the help of my brothers. Originally a franchise of my brothers' company, we have been an independent bakery for over 20 years.
