Locals came at the end of a long day for freshly brewed beer, conversation, and maybe a jug of brew for the road. Politicians plied their trade with constituents here, greasing the wheels of legislature with alcohol—within moderation, of course.
PAT - Norwegian IPA - 6%. A hazy lupulin filled IPA fermented with our house Norwegian Kveik yeast. Bursting with citrus, mango and pineapple notes from generous whirlpool of hops and dry hopping, we made this one to be flavorful without astringent bitterness. This batch has been dry-hopped with Citra & Cryo El Dorado!
