Patina Pale is Austin Street's flagship hop forward pale ale. They start with a blend of base malts in the mash tun, then add copious amounts of American hops in the kettle followed by even more in the form of dry hopping. The result is a very citrusy, slightly piney ale with a crisp malt background and just enough bitterness to balance it all out.

Czech Style Pilsner
Our take on the regional classic from Cologne, Germany, this 4.6% K lsch-style beer is defined by it's supreme easy-drinking quality. Contee is brewed with heaps of German malts as well as local malt from our friend's at Maine Malt House. Hopped thoughtfully with German hops, this ale is fermented for many moons at cooler temperatures providing a lager-like ale that is crisp, clean and refreshing.

Definitive Ale is our mainstay IPA that is built upon a soft pillowy malt structure and is dry hopped twice with some of our favorite hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest and Australia. This Cabernet is eager to please both Cabernet drinkers and red wine fans alike. The bouquet and front palate is intense with notes of baked red cherries, ripe boysenberries, spicy cinnamon, and mild clove with floral hints of violets. The medium body bridges the middle to a toasty but unobtrusive back palate infused with vanilla and light mocha that finishes cleanly without dropping off abruptly, or lingering too long.

An expressive wine with bright citrus, lemon zest, grapefruit and undertones of fresh cut grass. The mouth feel is crisp and clean with racy acidity, lively fruit and a hint of minerality on the finish. This is classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
