Canadian gueuze- a blend of 3 consecutive year oak barrel aged beer. Notes of orange and grapefruit find, tart, cherries, and oak.
Blend of Blonde ale and young lambic. Perfect balance of citrus notes from hops, and citric sourness.

Barleywine from Quebec. Aged 5 months before release. Malt drive notes of caramel, figs, bread.
German altbier- a special version of a Düsseldorf alt, brewed only twice a year. Concentrated version of an Alt, notes of caramel malt, and grassy German hops.
Belgian Trappist Dubbel. Notes of dates, roasted nuts, and a touch of fruitiness.
Pale ale brewed with citra and amarillo hops, barley, flakes oat, and wheat. Smooth, and crisp.
German Rauchbier, or smoked beer. Brewed with a blend of non-smoked and smoked malts, beechwood smoked malts.
IPA brewed with Sabro and Sultana hops, notes of coconut and pineapple.
