Our fresh pasta is easy to cook. It only takes 2-4 minutes when added to lightly salted, boiling water. Make sure fluff fresh pasta before adding to boiling water. When fully cooked, remove from heat, drain, and toss with oil or sauce.

Our frozen raviolis are cooked from frozen. Add to lightly salted, boiling water, stirring consistently during the first 4 minutes to prevent ravioli from sticking to the pot. When the ravioli rises to the top of the water, reduce heat to a gentle boil. After 10-12 minutes (from when ravioli goes into the water), remove from heat, drain, and toss with oil or sauce.

Our sauces are frozen to prevent the use of any preservatives. To thaw, run lukewarm water over container until soft, then add to sauce pan on low heat, stirring occasionally. Recommend ratios: 7 oz. sauce to 1 lb. of pasta; 12 oz. cream sauce to 1 lb. of pasta; 16 oz. red sauce to 1 lb. pasta.
