A pet nat sparkler from Emilia-Romagna that makes us weepy for Italy. Or rather, for all of the food weâ€™ve eaten on Italian curbsides with a go-glass of frizzante bianco just like this one; clean & refreshing, salty & floral, humble but refined. Made with Marsanne, Ortrugo, etc. etc.
Rye, Cynar 70, Dry CuraÃ§ao, Pineapple Gomme: a little brooding, a little fruity. Shake gently and serve; we like this one on the rocks. Each bottle is two servings.
